Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and assess cyber capabilities supporting operational mission objectives.
- Analyze systems, networks, logs, packet captures, and other operational data sources.
- Apply information security principles to configure, test, harden, and develop systems and supporting infrastructure.
- Develop scripts, prototypes, tools, and workflows for cyber analysis, automation, and operational resiliency.
- Support digital forensics, network analysis, vulnerability research, and reverse engineering activities.
- Research and evaluate cyber technologies, security techniques, and operational tradecraft.
- Collaborate with engineers, operators, and multidisciplinary technical teams on mission-focused solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, test results, assessments, and briefings.
Requirements
- Typically requires 3 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 1 year with a master’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience or coursework in cybersecurity, software engineering, systems engineering, networking, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience programming or scripting in Python, Go, C++, Java, Bash, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with Linux systems, command-line tools, networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, UDP, common network protocols, information security principles, and cybersecurity operations concepts.
- Familiarity with at least one of network security and traffic analysis, digital forensics, system hardening and vulnerability assessment, reverse engineering or malware analysis, or cyber analytics and security automation.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required for security-clearance eligibility.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, cybersecurity automation, digital or network forensics, reverse engineering, vulnerability research, incident response, applied research, and technical projects.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with secure software development, DevSecOps, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, Cyber AI Convergence, or AI-enabled cybersecurity tools.
- Must be able to work onsite a minimum of four days per week.
