Base Salary
$196k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own foundational services, APIs, and abstractions that enable enterprise-grade software delivery across Pave.
- Develop and maintain user authentication and authorization services.
- Design data infrastructure, data pipelines/ETLs, and foundational data models for the compensation intelligence platform.
- Create generalized platform solutions that address cross-product challenges.
- Lead large, technically complex initiatives involving ambiguity and numerous stakeholders.
- Deliver maintainable and scalable software in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience building data-intensive applications.
- Experience with modern web technologies such as TypeScript and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with data infrastructure, data pipelines/ETLs, and data modeling.
- Strong product intuition and ability to design generalized platform solutions.
- Experience leading large technical projects with high ambiguity and numerous stakeholders.
- ML/AI platform experience is a plus.
