Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of software solutions from inception through production.
Design and code resilient, performant, available, and scalable applications.
Lead the team in delivering product solutions and resolving complex technical issues.
Write code and unit tests, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality and security.
Design, plan, and execute unit, component, integration, and end-to-end regression testing strategies.
Document solution designs and engineering decisions.
Coach and mentor other engineers while fostering continuous improvement.
Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams on estimates, technical challenges, and business-aligned solutions.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software defects, performance bottlenecks, and system failures.
Identify optimization opportunities, manage costs, and track effort in time-management tools.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in software engineering.
Strong frontend and backend development experience.
Extensive experience with Next.js, React, Java, and database technologies.
Proven experience leading teams and delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, algorithms, design patterns, configurations, integration, and implementation options.
Advanced debugging, diagnostics, and problem-solving skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on complex technical challenges.
Experience evaluating software solutions and best practices for product implementation.
Understanding of software lifecycle models, optimization tools, and application testing.
Ability to lead solution design and architecture in alignment with business and technical requirements.
