Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and reusable deployment patterns.
- Automate deployments, configuration, testing, and validation across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
- Implement monitoring and validation capabilities and support software releases and release readiness.
- Perform incident response, production troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with engineering, product, technical, and business teams to document standards, operational practices, deployment procedures, and runbooks.
- Optimize platform performance, availability, security, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, automation, and software delivery is required.
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, source control, software development lifecycle practices, cloud operations, release management, and infrastructure automation is required.
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Git is required or directly relevant to the role.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis experience across web applications, APIs, integrations, infrastructure, and development environments is required.
- Knowledge of automated testing, JavaScript, browsers, DOM elements, SAP, WalkMe, UX, digital adoption, application enablement, architecture documentation, infrastructure configuration, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks is relevant to the role.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and have an active TS SCI with polygraph clearance.
