Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain growth infrastructure including event tracking and A/B testing.
- Utilize Java and Spring Boot to enhance the existing codebase.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and apply new technologies.
- Implement and analyze growth experiments.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience with a focus on scalable systems.
- Experience in growth systems such as tracking, A/B tests, and segmentation.
- Proficiency in Java; experience with other languages is a plus.
- Strong product sense and metric-driven thinking.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain high-availability applications.
- Strong grasp of software engineering principles.
- Effective collaborator with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts.
