Responsibilities

Design and architect end-to-end industrial automation solutions.
Lead technical discovery workshops and define customer requirements.
Develop control system, software, network, and cybersecurity architectures.
Support strategic pursuits, proposals, demonstrations, bid defenses, and proofs of concept.
Build brownfield modernization roadmaps and migration strategies for installed-base customers.
Advise customers, partners, account managers, and internal teams on technical solutions.
Define integrated system architectures and coordinate technical and commercial proposal development.
Support opportunities throughout prospecting, qualification, pre-sales, proposal development, and presentation stages.
Position Rockwell Automation solutions against competitive offerings and participate in win-strategy processes.
Develop business-value-oriented solutions that improve productivity, quality, reliability, and sustainability.
Use the Integrated Architecture Builder and equivalent tools to define solutions.
Submit at least one application per month to the Innovation Center, increasing to two later.

Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Engineering, or a related area.
Good spoken and written English communication skills.
Five or more years of experience in commercial or project management roles is preferred.
Experience working with end users, EPCs, OEMs, distributors, and system integrators is preferred.
Industrial and technical background is preferred.
Knowledge of Rockwell Automation technologies, including PlantPAx, Logix platforms, FactoryTalk products, PowerFlex drives, industrial networks, and industrial cybersecurity, is preferred.
Experience with control, DCS, SCADA, HMI, network, software, and cybersecurity architecture design is preferred.
Experience with brownfield modernization, migration planning, technical proposal development, solution positioning, value selling, and competitive differentiation is preferred.
Industry experience in oil and gas, mining, chemical, food and beverage, life sciences, water and wastewater, power and energy, or other process and hybrid industries is preferred.
