Base Salary
$168k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop search-based, sampling-based, optimization-based, linear-temporal-logic, and uncertainty-aware motion-planning algorithms for autonomous driving.
- Integrate and evaluate motion-planning and prediction algorithms.
- Build robust, scalable software for exploring and evaluating motion-planning approaches.
- Interface with perception and prediction systems as well as trajectory optimization and tracking and control components.
- Take projects from problem formulation through implementation and deployment.
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring sessions, and product-focused engineering and research initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; a master’s or PhD is preferred.
- At least two years of research experience in robotics or motion planning.
- At least two years of C++ software development experience.
- Proven impact and expertise in robotics or autonomous vehicles.
- Experience taking projects from problem formulation through implementation and deployment.
- Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and innovation.

- Base salary range is $168,000–$225,000 USD, with potential additional bonus or equity compensation.
