Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance report sharing services following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to understand user requirements and develop solutions.
- Engage in pair programming and provide feedback on code to foster team understanding.
- Drive technical discussions and make informed decisions as a team.
Requirements
- Strong backend development experience in Ruby, Kotlin, or Java.
- Solid frontend expertise using React, TypeScript, and/or Next.js.
- Flexibility to work across the technology stack.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Proven ability to build reliable and scalable software applications.
- Knowledge of observability practices, including logging and monitoring.
- Experience with AWS, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD pipelines.
