Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise integrations.
  • Build and support API-led connectivity solutions using System, Process, and Experience APIs.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, EDI, XML, JSON, flat files, database technologies, and messaging technologies.
  • Implement event-driven and asynchronous integration patterns.
  • Collaborate with architects and technical leads on integration standards, best practices, and reference architectures.
  • Participate in requirements gathering and technical design sessions with business and technology teams.
  • Develop and maintain DataWeave transformations for data mapping and orchestration.
  • Troubleshoot production integration issues and participate in root cause analysis.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Monitor and optimize integration performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Conduct peer code reviews and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and operational runbooks.
  • Work with infrastructure and security teams to ensure secure integration implementations.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of software development experience and 2 years of experience developing integrations.
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and web services, including API design and lifecycle management.
  • Experience implementing integrations using XML, JSON, XSD, and DataWeave.
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL.
  • Experience integrating cloud applications.
  • Experience with Git-based source control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex distributed systems.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organizational, time-management, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
  • MuleSoft Developer Certification, MuleSoft Integration Architect certification, AWS, S3, SQS, hybrid cloud, EDI, B2B integrations, enterprise integration platforms, monitoring tools, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, TMS, or transportation/logistics systems are preferred.
