Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise integrations.
- Build and support API-led connectivity solutions using System, Process, and Experience APIs.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, EDI, XML, JSON, flat files, database technologies, and messaging technologies.
- Implement event-driven and asynchronous integration patterns.
- Collaborate with architects and technical leads on integration standards, best practices, and reference architectures.
- Participate in requirements gathering and technical design sessions with business and technology teams.
- Develop and maintain DataWeave transformations for data mapping and orchestration.
- Troubleshoot production integration issues and participate in root cause analysis.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Monitor and optimize integration performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Conduct peer code reviews and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and operational runbooks.
- Work with infrastructure and security teams to ensure secure integration implementations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience and 2 years of experience developing integrations.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and web services, including API design and lifecycle management.
- Experience implementing integrations using XML, JSON, XSD, and DataWeave.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Experience integrating cloud applications.
- Experience with Git-based source control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience troubleshooting complex distributed systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organizational, time-management, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
- MuleSoft Developer Certification, MuleSoft Integration Architect certification, AWS, S3, SQS, hybrid cloud, EDI, B2B integrations, enterprise integration platforms, monitoring tools, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, TMS, or transportation/logistics systems are preferred.
