Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Monitor alerts and respond to incidents while meeting or exceeding SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs.
- Perform root cause analysis and create postmortems to improve incident response and system stability.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks and maintain monitoring, logging, observability, and metrics systems.
- Provide guidance to Product, Platform, and Software Engineering stakeholders on supportability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Administer platform infrastructure, oversee change management and vendor management, and contribute to product roadmaps and digital product strategies.
- Prepare processes and tools for go-live, represent Operations in proofs of concept and pilots, and drive documentation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a similar field.
- Proficiency with Python, Bash, or PowerShell automation scripting and experience writing SQL queries.
- Strong IT operations and system administration background, including duty watch, ticketing systems such as SNOW, Linux/Unix environments, and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of network components and protocols, database management, incident response, monitoring metrics, diagnostics, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Understanding of ITIL service management practices, software development lifecycle concepts, and Agile/Scrum and DevOps concepts.
- Ability to assess operational KPI impacts, recommend improvements across application and infrastructure layers, and communicate technical information to business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, encryption, RBAC, ACLs, Ping Authentication products, and PAM products is preferred.
- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, configuration management, infrastructure as code, code optimization, infrastructure rightsizing, and scripting is preferred.
- ITIL 4 Foundation, SRE Fundamentals, DevOps Foundation, and/or PSM1 certification is preferred.
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in the Cincinnati, Ohio office.
