Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end low-code solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, external systems, databases, and APIs using Azure services and custom connectors.
- Establish Power Platform governance, environment strategies, security controls, ALM practices, DLP policies, and Center of Excellence guidance.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable architectures.
- Lead the technical delivery of projects through design, development, testing, deployment, and support while coordinating with project managers.
- Mentor developers and citizen developers, conduct code and solution reviews, and provide expert troubleshooting and tier-3 support.
- Deliver training and demo workshops, promote user adoption, and drive continuous improvement based on performance and user feedback.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing and building Microsoft Power Platform and related Microsoft technology solutions.
- Lead experience on multiple Power Platform implementations, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, and automated flows.
- Deep knowledge of Power Platform architecture, Dataverse data modeling, integrations, custom connectors, Microsoft Graph, and API-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus, plus Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint and Teams.
- Experience defining secure, scalable architectures involving identity management, access control, performance, and application lifecycle management.
- Practical experience establishing Power Platform governance, Center of Excellence practices, environment strategies, DLP policies, monitoring, and compliance controls.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, mentoring, and technical leadership abilities.
- Dutch and/or French native-level fluency and fluency in written and spoken English.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certifications, such as PL-600, PL-400, or PL-900, are advantageous.
