Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components and integrate them with backend services and APIs.
- Debug, test, and optimize web applications for performance and scalability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, provide solutions across teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Lead best-practice initiatives, facilitate knowledge sharing, mentor team members, and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong experience in front-end development and component-based architecture.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce components with backend services and APIs.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks and modern web technologies.
- Experience debugging, testing, and optimizing web applications for performance and scalability.
- Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
