Responsibilities
- Fine-tune large language models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Analyze and preprocess large datasets to improve model training outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize model fine-tuning processes.
- Evaluate model performance and relevance using appropriate metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model solutions and align capabilities with project goals.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Manage or coordinate team work, monitor project progress, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and support junior team members with technical guidance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with large language models.
- Proficiency in generative AI and large language models.
- Experience with instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and transformer architectures.
- Ability to analyze and preprocess large datasets for model training.
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
