Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Work across ServiceNow modules with a focus on ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Certificate Management.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and solution validation.
- Lead or support integrations with third-party systems using APIs.
- Design and implement custom workflows and automated processes.
- Stay current with ServiceNow features and platform capabilities to improve solution quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development experience, including customization, scripting, and module configuration.
- Strong expertise in CMDB, CSDM, ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, and Certificate Management.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API for scripting and automation.
- Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations and custom workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning and reviews.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery, Certified System Administrator, or Certified Application Developer are preferred.
- Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, App Engine Studio, Service Portal, Employee Service Center, and ITIL processes is preferred.
