Responsibilities

  • Co-lead technical requirements, solution design, testing strategies, and cutover plans for inventory tracking, workforce management, and deployment routing systems.
  • Manage AMIR and system integrator vendors, project schedules, deliverables, software quality, and milestones.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end testing and system readiness validation.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues and lead investigations and permanent resolutions.
  • Develop backend logic, optimize frontend performance, and ensure seamless system integrations.
  • Monitor production system and application performance and conduct software performance testing and debugging.
  • Research application development products, programming languages, and standards.
  • Provide preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of complex problems.

Requirements

  • Requires a four-year degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Requires at least 8 years of related experience.
  • Preferred: 4 years of experience leading complex software implementations involving cross-functional teams, external vendors, and downstream applications.
  • Ability to anticipate downstream impacts and communicate technical design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to evaluate tradeoffs among performance, security, usability, and maintainability.
  • Knowledge of scalable application architectures, testing, deployment, and production release practices.
  • Skill in designing reusable components and shared services and leading complex development features or technical workstreams.
  • Preferred: experience with cloud computing platforms, cloud architecture and cloud-based application operations.
  • Preferred: experience with project risk and contract management and knowledge of SDLC, scalable architectures, reusable component design, and DevOps practices.
