Responsibilities
- Champion an AI-first development approach and drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices.
- Set technical strategy and determine when to simplify or extend solutions.
- Mentor and lead developers while cultivating technical understanding.
- Clarify technical requirements, assess development estimates, and apply broad design approaches.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, test, and launch scalable and maintainable software.
- Drive continuous improvement of software quality, customer experience, and product maintainability.
- Stay current with technology trends, tools, and development approaches.
Requirements
- Passion for building software and delivering positive customer experiences.
- Ability to own deliverables end-to-end and collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders.
- Experience or interest in web applications, services design and architecture, SEO, security, JavaScript, SNS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and REST services.
- Ability to set technical direction, influence others, mentor developers, and apply software development best practices.
