Responsibilities
- Develop, test, implement, and support cloud-based solutions built on AWS and other cloud technologies.
- Build integrations between contact center platforms, AI services, ITSM tools, and enterprise applications.
- Assist with AI agents, Agent Assist, RAG solutions, translation services, workflow automation, and conversational AI capabilities.
- Support Generative AI and LLM solution development through prompt engineering, knowledge bases, AI orchestration, experimentation, prototyping, and evaluation.
- Create and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Support deployments, releases, operational activities, and diagnosis of production issues.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, BAU specialists, service desk teams, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to technical documentation, support materials, continuous improvement, and Agile delivery activities.
Requirements
- Experience, academic exposure, or strong interest in Generative AI, AI agents, OpenAI APIs, Amazon Bedrock, and prompt engineering.
- Experience, academic exposure, or strong interest in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Node.js, JSON, and API integrations.
- Experience, academic exposure, or strong interest in React, Redux Toolkit, and micro-frontends.
- Interest or experience in AWS services including Amazon Connect, Lambda, S3, Redshift, CloudFormation, and CDK.
- Problem-solving, troubleshooting, debugging, technical communication, stakeholder engagement, teamwork, and continuous-learning skills.
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AI Practitioner, Developer – Associate, or Solutions Architect – Associate certification is listed, along with Agile Fundamentals.
