Responsibilities
- Design and structure large language models for natural-language understanding and generation.
- Lead development strategies that improve language-model efficiency and accuracy.
- Evaluate and refine neural network parameters and model performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional integration of language models into existing systems.
- Monitor emerging language-model advances and inform project direction.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with multiple teams on key decisions.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong expertise in neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and management.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets to improve model performance.
- Familiarity with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
- Skill in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to language-model deployment.
