Responsibilities
- Design and develop Windows desktop applications written in C# .NET and WinForms/WPF.
- Implement unit and integration tests for software quality.
- Evaluate and implement technologies that improve user experience and development efficiency.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development and shadow the application support process.
- Collaborate with traders, quants, and software engineers on real-time trading applications.
- Own an internship project and present the work and accomplishments at the end of the program.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent.
- Graduating by August 2028.
- Major GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on the first day of employment, including F-1 students using OPT or STEM.
- Understanding of the .NET Framework and C# programming language.
- Familiarity with WinForms or WPF applications is a plus.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of unit testing concepts and frameworks such as NUnit.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
