Base Salary
$146k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for software and electronic safety products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Conduct manual and automated testing for functionality, performance, and security.
- Track testing progress, defect metrics, and overall quality status for stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Coordinate external resources and vendors when appropriate.
- Stay current with software testing and quality assurance trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher completed and verified before starting.
- At least seven years of experience in software or electronics quality and testing.
- Preferred background as a QA or test engineer with strong software testing experience.
- In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with manual and automated testing techniques.
- Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium or Appium.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Github.
- Experience with mobile application testing.
- Strong problem-solving, attention-to-detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
