Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate MLOps pipelines for the full machine learning lifecycle.
- Enable production AI/ML and Generative AI systems, including LLM-based services.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML services and infrastructure.
- Build and manage AWS cloud infrastructure with Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform.
- Implement model versioning, experiment tracking, artifact management, monitoring, alerting, and drift detection.
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, observability, security, compliance, governance, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with AI/ML engineers to operationalize models and standardize deployment patterns.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with AWS as a primary cloud.
- Production experience deploying and monitoring machine learning systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker, Kubernetes, containerized workloads, and cloud networking.
- Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI and ArgoCD.
- Strong proficiency with Terraform and Python or similar scripting and programming languages.
- Solid Linux, systems, and troubleshooting fundamentals.
- Experience with MLOps platforms and tooling, including model registries, experiment tracking, and feature stores.
- Exposure to production Generative AI and LLM workloads.
- Familiarity with Postgres, DynamoDB, and object storage used in ML systems.
- Experience in regulated or fintech environments and with cost optimization for compute-intensive workloads.
- AWS certifications are a plus.
- Strong written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills.
