Responsibilities
- Support managers and staff with assigned Cloud/DevOps, operational, administrative, and clerical tasks.
- Assist with departmental projects, reports, and other assigned tasks under direct or general supervision.
- Support or partner with multiple business functions, areas, and departments.
- Build an understanding of the businesses and customers supported by the role.
- Answer and direct incoming internal and external calls when needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Currently enrolled in a four-year college program and pursuing Computer Science or a related degree.
- Graduation in May 2028 is preferred.
- No work experience is required.
- Knowledge of advanced Terraform, cloud computing, Confluence, cybersecurity, or DevOps is preferred.
- A GPA of 3.2 or higher, strong Microsoft Office skills, communication and interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are preferred.
