Base Salary
$153k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end migration from the custom Workforce Planning application to Pigment.
- Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to understand headcount planning processes, data flows, and strategic objectives.
- Architect and configure scalable workforce planning solutions within Pigment.
- Design, develop, and maintain planning, forecasting, and reporting models focused on workforce planning.
- Build and support integrations between Oracle Cloud, the data warehouse, and other source systems.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and conduct end-user training.
- Maintain awareness of EPM best practices and evolving technology solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, with relevant systems and Finance stakeholder experience welcomed.
- Advanced expertise designing architectures in Anaplan or Pigment, including blocks, dimensions, metrics, formulas, and data-access permissions.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and workforce management.
- Ability to troubleshoot ambiguous issues independently using available context, data, and resources.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Anaplan or Pigment and associated data integration tools.
- Deep knowledge of Anaplan or Pigment model optimization, workspace organization, and performance tuning.
- Experience leading at least one full-cycle migration from a custom or legacy planning system to Anaplan or Pigment.
- Experience with Oracle EPBCS, particularly Oracle’s Workforce module.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills for bridging technical and business teams.

- Base salary range for New York City-based roles is USD $153,000-$170,000 per year.
- Eligible for Uber’s bonus program and may be offered equity and other compensation.
