Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on test automation.
- Design, implement, monitor, and refine automated test suites and frameworks.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues in automated testing environments.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead automation testing process improvements and coordinate cross-functional testing strategies.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with multiple teams on key decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Rust.
- Proficiency in Rust is required.
- Experience with Python is preferred.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and quality engineering applications.
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end automated test suites.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex automated testing issues.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
