Responsibilities
- Collaborate with strategy team members to develop effective NetSuite solutions.
- Configure and customize client NetSuite environments, including proof of concepts and scripted solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into NetSuite functionality and implementation strategies.
- Participate in workshops, internal testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Attend pre-sales meetings to assess project level of effort with sales team members.
- Provide client support, serve as a project resource, and train end users on processes and applications.
- Help develop, grow, and sustain client relationships and contribute to NetSuite practice development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems.
- 3–5 years of NetSuite implementation or optimization experience.
- Experience gathering business requirements and implementing ERP, CRM, and PSA solutions.
- Consulting experience with applications such as QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft is preferred.
- Software as a Service or cloud experience is preferred.
- Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant certification is preferred.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to develop client relationships, communicate recommendations to varied audiences, and work in dynamic environments.
