Base Salary
$154k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and implement end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI projects from business needs through data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Design and implement high-performance, reliable, scalable, and secure machine learning pipelines.
- Design scalable ML solutions and MLOps operations using AWS services and GenAI solutions where applicable.
- Collaborate with Applied Science, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and Applications teams to operationalize data and AI/ML models.
- Advise customers on AI/ML, GenAI, cloud architectures, industry trends, and AWS adoption strategies.
- Lead implementation processes, ensure best practices and industry standards, optimize performance, and manage project risks.
- Share organizational knowledge through mentoring, training, publications, and reusable artifacts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business applications.
- 5+ years leading technical teams and hands-on experience in data, software, or ML engineering, including distributed computing concepts such as data pipelines, training and inference, and ML infrastructure design.
- Preferred experience with Terraform, Python, CloudFormation, CDK, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred experience building MLOps pipelines involving data preprocessing, model hosting, feature selection, hyperparameter tuning, distributed and GPU training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Preferred experience with MLFlow, Kubeflow, Airflow, AWS Step Functions, LLMs, vector stores, LangChain, and prompt engineering.
