Base Salary
$184k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects
- Build a collaborative, customer-focused team culture
- Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling
- Guide regional go-to-market strategy by advising on sales strategy and product gaps
- Advocate for the Solutions Architecture team’s needs
- Recruit and screen candidates to maintain a high talent bar
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity
- 3+ years of direct frontline management experience, including recruiting, ramping, and retaining talent
- Experience with data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science
- Track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- Residence in the Central US region
- Experience managing customer relationships in both pre-sales and post-sales capacities is a preferred qualification
