Responsibilities
- Design and structure large language models capable of understanding and generating natural language.
- Develop and optimize neural network architectures and model parameters using large quantities of unstructured text data.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices for model architecture and deployment.
- Evaluate model effectiveness, performance metrics, scalability, and robustness.
- Collaborate with multiple interdisciplinary teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Act as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional technical efforts.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to improve model effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience designing and optimizing neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of large-scale data processing and model training techniques.
- Ability to work with unstructured text data and develop scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
- 15 years of full-time education.
