Responsibilities
- Engage with clients pre-sale to implement Trial and Evaluation programs.
- Liaise with clients post-sale to develop project documentation.
- Travel to customer sites for deployment consultations.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and test Axon products.
- Provide technical training and demonstrations to customers.
- Act as the main point of contact during deployment.
- Validate product updates and monitor release notes.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and advocate for best practices.
- Submit software bugs and feature requests to product teams.
- Self-manage and escalate issues when necessary.
- Communicate professionally with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with peers and channel partners on product knowledge.
- Develop a smooth product deployment experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Business or relevant experience.
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
- Advanced understanding of IT/Networking concepts.
- Experience in SaaS and hardware/software environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with hardware and software installation.
- Experience in consulting to meet customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple implementation projects.
- Proven ability to engage with internal and external customers.
- Adaptability to product or process changes.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
- Certifications in Cisco Network or Microsoft Azure are preferable.
- Willingness to obtain Drone Pilot or Vehicle Electronics Certifications.
- Experience supporting law enforcement or public sector clients.
