Base Salary
$231k - $340k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build an evolving experimentation platform to handle new statistical methodologies and machine learning technologies.
- Drive the statistical and ML development of internal platforms, including A/B testing and causal inference.
- Expand statistical algorithms to support large-scale experimentation and high noise-to-signal environments.
- Apply advanced learning strategies to enhance hypothesis generation for the experimentation platform.
- Advise data scientists and engineers on experimental design and tool adoption.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing statistical or ML models with business impacts.
- M.S. or PhD in Statistics, Causal Inference, Experimentation, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, Kotlin, Go, and libraries like SciKit Learn and Spark MLLib.
- Experience building reliable, scalable, and highly available distributed systems.
- Willingness to relocate to San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or Seattle.
