Responsibilities
- Fine-tune large language models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques.
- Apply natural language processing techniques and model fine-tuning strategies to improve model relevance and performance.
- Analyze and preprocess large datasets for training and evaluation.
- Optimize model parameters to balance accuracy and computational efficiency.
- Evaluate language-model performance using relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Document methodologies and results for knowledge sharing and future development.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and contribute independently as a subject-matter expert.
- Guide and support junior team members in model development tasks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models and Agentic AI.
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and model fine-tuning strategies.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and transformer-based models.
- Ability to analyze and preprocess large datasets for training and evaluation.
- Familiarity with language-model performance evaluation metrics.
- Skill in optimizing model parameters for accuracy and computational efficiency.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
