Responsibilities
- Design, develop, code, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Design scalable and maintainable software architectures and optimize software performance.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and provide solutions to complex problems across teams.
- Lead implementation of software quality and team productivity best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with stakeholders on technical solutions and business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience with Python frameworks.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and optimize performance.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration processes.
