Base Salary
$91k - $139k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, expand, optimize, and maintain automated testing suites and frameworks.
- Define the scope, resources, benchmarks, goals, practices, procedures, standards, and reporting for manual and automated QA work.
- Design test plans, scenarios, and cases to validate new functionality and identify breaking issues.
- Analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements and new products.
- Identify project risks, evaluate risk/benefit relationships, and develop mitigation or alternative solutions.
- Perform code reviews, validate software against project timelines, and collaborate with development and other teams.
- Mentor less experienced team members on QA/QC concepts, automation methodologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in software QA automation and building or optimizing automation frameworks.
- Experience performing code reviews and mentoring team members on automation concepts and best practices.
- Strong debugging, problem-resolution, multitasking, communication, collaboration, and judgment skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple time-critical projects.
- Must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR/EAR requirements or be eligible for approval of an applicable export license; some positions may require current U.S. citizenship.
