Responsibilities
- Envision and implement AI-augmented testing strategies.
- Design and maintain scalable test frameworks for System/API/UI.
- Manage complex test environments and data orchestration.
- Distinguish between test artifacts and application errors.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Develop and execute performance test plans using tools like Locust.
- Break down complex features into technical stories and identify risks.
Requirements
- 7-8 years of experience in software test engineering or full stack quality engineering.
- Proficiency in coding with Java or Python.
- Experience with WebDriver, Selenium, PlayWright, and Postman.
- Mastery of Git, Jira, CI/CD build processes, and IDE-based debugging.
- Ability to integrate AI/LLM tools into the testing lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of at least one Appian subsystem or similar low-code platform.
