Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end tracks for data and AI technology strategy.
- Mentor engineers and technical leadership on architectural patterns.

- Oversee architectural and code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Foster collaboration and continuous learning through mentorship and workshops.
- Enable governed data consumption with clear data contracts and serving patterns.
- Standardize data flow patterns including ingestion and transformation.
- Set platform standards for orchestration and reliability.
- Establish enterprise data quality practices and monitoring workflows.
- Drive governance-by-design for AI solutions.
- Define AIOps standards for AI systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate technical risks.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years in software development and architecture of large-scale systems.
- 4+ years focused on data engineering and AI solution design.
- Strong problem-solving skills for scalable solution patterns.
- Ability to think strategically with attention to technical details.
- Experience building enterprise data platforms with standards.
- Demonstrated ability to design governance-ready AI solutions.
- Expertise in system architecture and cloud computing.
- High standards for operational readiness and documentation.
- Deep experience with modern data platform capabilities.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Jupyter Notebooks.
- Experience with agentic frameworks and AIOps tooling.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of security principles and performance optimization.
