Base Salary
$72k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated and manual tests, including test cases for voice/IVR applications.
- Ensure requirements and user stories are testable and clarify ambiguities for accurate test design and execution.
- Coordinate with development and operations teams across supported applications and business lines to uphold testing practices and quality thresholds.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation tools, test systems, and test data.
- Validate application responses against expected test data and call flows.
- Support test automation integration into continuous delivery pipelines and perform other assigned duties or projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus two years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred experience using three or more development languages, such as C#, Java, and JavaScript, for two to four years.
- Preferred experience using three or more automation tools, such as Selenium, TestNG, Appium, Sauce Labs, Rest Assured, Postman, Cucumber, Jasmine, and Protractor, for two to four years.
- Preferred experience with testing methodologies and strategies including Test Driven Development and Behavior Driven Development.
- Preferred experience with CA Service Virtualization or an equivalent tool, issue-tracking software, and agile project management systems.
- Preferred experience designing and developing applications in Unix or Windows environments, on Android or iOS mobile platforms, or in complex multi-tiered applications.
- Knowledge of automated testing, defects management, DevOps, Java, requirements analysis, scripting, software testing, test planning, and Test Driven Development.
- Voice/IVR or speech-application testing, GitLab and CI/CD pipeline experience, behavior-driven test scripting, and test data management are preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

- National base pay range is $72,000-$129,900, with a separate target cash earnings opportunity of $82,800-$149,385.
