Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize Node.js and TypeScript-based microservices focused on performance, modularity, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
- Contribute to system architecture and technical decisions.
- Build and maintain React applications using Next.js and Material-UI.
- Implement advanced form logic with Formik and JSONSchema validation.
- Create responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces.
- Integrate and optimize MongoDB, Redis, and Algolia for real-time ad delivery and insights.
- Use BullMQ and RabbitMQ for distributed message queuing and background processing.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Analytics teams on end-to-end Retail Media features.
- Participate in sprint planning, technical reviews, and solution discovery.
- Integrate AI into real systems and ship AI-enabled features.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern web technologies.
- Deep experience building scalable microservices and frontend applications in cloud-native environments.
- Experience with AI integration in real systems and shipped features.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, efficient code with a focus on scalability, testing, and long-term system health.
- Familiarity with AdTech or Retail Media platforms such as Kevel, Google Ad Manager, CitrusAd, or TopSort is favorable.
- Comfort working in Agile/Scrum teams and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to solve business challenges with technology and learn continuously.
