GE VernovaResponsibilities
- Automate production-grade deployment of GridOS microservices on Kubernetes clusters.
- Manage and optimize deployment workflows for air-gapped customer environments.
- Maintain and improve deployment pipelines using Jenkins, Gitea, Nexus, and Artifactory.
- Implement Kubernetes and application-layer security hardening and support resilience, recovery, and high-availability improvements.
- Troubleshoot deployment bottlenecks and infrastructure issues and improve operational runbooks.
- Travel to customer sites to provide deployment, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Maintain technical documentation for repeatable deployment patterns and contribute to scaling the Evergreen delivery offering.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with the DevSecOps toolchain, including Jenkins, Gitea, Nexus, and Artifactory.
- Demonstrated experience deploying microservices on Kubernetes clusters.
- Prior experience with GridOS deployment architectures and air-gapped environments is preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously, solve problems in constrained environments, collaborate with senior engineers, document processes, and adapt between remote and secure on-site settings.
