Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and scale test automation frameworks, runners, orchestration services, device-farm integrations, and supporting infrastructure.
- Develop AI-native tooling for test authoring, selection, execution, maintenance, failure triage, and automated debugging.
- Build systems connecting test planning, selection, execution, and failure analysis while balancing coverage, confidence, execution time, and infrastructure cost.
- Integrate automated quality checks and actionable test feedback into development and CI/CD workflows.
- Own technical initiatives from problem definition and design through implementation, deployment, adoption, measurement, and improvement.
- Collaborate with application, platform, QA, infrastructure, and developer productivity teams.
Requirements
- Experience designing, building, testing, and operating production software in large codebases.
- Strong programming skills in C++, Python, Go, or another modern programming language, with emphasis on maintainable, reliable, well-tested code.
- Ability to own projects, communicate technical decisions clearly, collaborate across teams, and improve the experience of engineers using internal tools.
- Preferred: experience with cross-platform test automation frameworks such as Appium or Selenium, including mobile, desktop, or game testing.
- Preferred: experience applying LLMs, agents, or other AI techniques to developer tools and testing workflows.
- Preferred: experience integrating automated quality checks into large-scale software development workflows.
