Base Salary
$134k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of AI-powered Microsoft solutions across Azure AI, Copilot, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Dynamics 365.
- Design end-to-end AI solutions integrating data, applications, security, and user experience across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Translate business problems into practical AI use cases while balancing governance, cost, performance, and risk.
- Support presales through AI demonstrations, solution roadmaps, technical proposals, and collaboration with account executives and solution consultants.
- Provide technical leadership through discovery, AI envisioning, design, deployment, and transition to managed services.
- Own architecture diagrams, reference architectures, bills of materials, statements-of-work inputs, configuration standards, and knowledge-transfer documentation.
- Advise clients on responsible AI adoption, modernization, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute reusable AI solution intellectual property, architectures, accelerators, and delivery methodologies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, or senior engineering roles with a strong Microsoft focus.
- Proven experience designing solutions with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong Azure foundation covering infrastructure, platform services, identity, networking, automation, and security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Server, and virtualization platforms.
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform, with interest in AI-enabled application modernization and automation.
- Ability to communicate AI concepts and architectural decisions to technical and business audiences.
- Experience with PowerShell and Azure CLI, plus familiarity with DevOps concepts.
- Microsoft certifications such as AI-900, AI-102, DP-100, AZ-305, or PL-600 are strongly preferred.
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
