Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize real-time WebRTC media pipelines and custom signaling for multi-camera robot video feeds.
- Integrate GPU-accelerated video codecs and develop dynamic bitrate adaptation, decoding, ingestion, storage, and transcoding systems.
- Build spatial data pipelines for LiDAR point clouds, depth maps, telemetry, and multi-camera datasets.
- Develop high-throughput systems for real-time sensor streams and robot state telemetry across customer fleets.
- Coordinate PTP/NTP synchronization to align LiDAR, IMU, and video data.
- Build high-performance interfaces for video, 3D spatial data, annotation, curation, search, and agentic workflows.
- Ship customer-facing product features and contribute across compute infrastructure, storage/querying layers, and model training/deployment.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in at least one of real-time video infrastructure, robotics and Physical AI telemetry, or product and multimedia frontend systems.
- Strong coding and software architecture fundamentals in Rust, C++, Python, or Go.
- Ability to work with lower-level primitives when performance and efficiency require it.
- Ability to autonomously scope and solve difficult technical challenges in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience or expertise with relevant systems such as video pipelines, distributed storage and ingestion, spatial data, robotics telemetry, or high-performance web applications.
