Responsibilities
- Embed with one to two strategic customer accounts and advise C-level and technical stakeholders on AI-driven operational change.
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions and scalable workflows, owning engagements from pilot through production rollout.
- Build monday AI agents, vibe apps, MCP integrations, production workflows, and custom scripts where needed.
- Define customer success criteria and own outcomes including adoption, workflow throughput, and measurable ROI.
- Instrument deployments, run evaluations against customer workflows, and translate findings into product requirements and roadmap input.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success as the technical authority on account strategy.
- Turn deployment patterns, agents, and assets into reusable products, playbooks, and machinery for the broader organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building applications from scratch with TypeScript, Node.js, and React, with full-stack depth.
- Experience leading hands-on projects end to end in production environments, preferably in client-facing settings.
- Background in Solution Architecture or Software Engineering and strong knowledge of AI/LLM systems, including agent architectures, MCP or comparable tool-use protocols, evaluations, and prompt-to-production workflows.
- Experience navigating C-suite relationships and influencing executive decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Track record of converting one-off delivery work into reusable assets, product requirements, or repeatable playbooks.
- Entrepreneurial, fast-moving approach focused on long-term impact over immediate fixes.
