Responsibilities

Architect and build autonomous AI agents for multi-step reasoning, decision-making, and task execution.
Develop agent frameworks using LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, ReAct, or custom solutions.
Integrate AI agents with TMS, ERP, CRM, WMS, external APIs, and enterprise systems.
Design scalable, modular components for logistics workflows and automation use cases.
Implement guardrails, validation layers, human-in-the-loop review, monitoring, logging, and explainability capabilities.
Optimize agent accuracy, latency, cost efficiency, token usage, reliability, and performance.
Conduct benchmarking and real-world scenario testing.
Prototype and deploy customer-support agents, operations assistants, logistics-planning agents, and data-analysis tools.
Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Proven experience building AI/ML or agent-based systems, preferably with frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or CrewAI.
Strong Python skills and experience integrating REST, GraphQL, or SOAP APIs with enterprise systems.
Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, model evaluation, and performance and reliability optimization.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to design scalable architectures involving data pipelines, event-driven systems, and workflow automation.
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex operational processes into technical solutions.
Logistics or freight-forwarding experience is a preferred qualification.
