Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of customers' technical success with the UiPath Platform.
  • Support automation process discovery initiatives and address technical requirements.
  • Be a core member of the UiPath account team, accountable for technical workstreams.
  • Proactively engage with customers to influence and guide their automation programs.
  • Provide infrastructure planning, installation, upgrade assistance, and troubleshooting.
  • Enable customers' technical stakeholders on UiPath best practices.
  • Conduct design and code reviews for automations.
  • Perform technical health checks and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Support to manage escalated support incidents.
  • Provide technical advisory through webinars, demos, and speaking engagements.
  • Develop and mature team processes and methodologies in an agile manner.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in programming .NET/Java applications.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts like Load Balancer and DNS.
  • Basic understanding of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Awareness of Kubernetes cluster management is a plus.
  • Experience in customer-facing technical account management or consulting roles.
  • Ability to communicate and guide customers on diverse technical topics.
  • Previous experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, or Nice is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Diplomacy and poise under pressure when addressing customer issues.
  • Willingness to travel for client interactions up to 25% of the time.
