Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customers' technical success with the UiPath Platform.
- Support automation process discovery initiatives and address technical requirements.
- Be a core member of the UiPath account team, accountable for technical workstreams.
- Proactively engage with customers to influence and guide their automation programs.
- Provide infrastructure planning, installation, upgrade assistance, and troubleshooting.
- Enable customers' technical stakeholders on UiPath best practices.
- Conduct design and code reviews for automations.
- Perform technical health checks and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Support to manage escalated support incidents.
- Provide technical advisory through webinars, demos, and speaking engagements.
- Develop and mature team processes and methodologies in an agile manner.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in programming .NET/Java applications.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts like Load Balancer and DNS.
- Basic understanding of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Awareness of Kubernetes cluster management is a plus.
- Experience in customer-facing technical account management or consulting roles.
- Ability to communicate and guide customers on diverse technical topics.
- Previous experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, or Nice is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Diplomacy and poise under pressure when addressing customer issues.
- Willingness to travel for client interactions up to 25% of the time.
