Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development of agentic features for enterprise productivity.
- Design and implement GenAI solutions, leverage ML infrastructure, and evaluate tradeoffs among techniques and application domains.
- Architect automated evaluation frameworks and design optimization algorithms for LLM-based enterprise systems.
- Collaborate through design and code reviews to promote code quality, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to documentation and educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience with one or more programming languages.
- At least 2 years of experience with core GenAI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, agents, or model training/post-training.
- At least 1 year of experience with GenAI concepts such as language modeling or computer vision.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience in machine learning modeling and technical leadership roles.
- Preferred: proficiency in Python and C++.
- Preferred: experience building production-grade LLM-based applications and working with Google internal infrastructure.
