Responsibilities

Own the technical side of enterprise deployments from initial scoping through go-live and expansion.
Serve as the customer’s main technical point of contact alongside engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
Translate customer workflows into systems Nevis builds, configures, and automates.
Design and deliver integrations and data flows in partnership with internal engineering teams.
Configure, deploy, and tune AI agents and automated workflows for production customer processes.
Build prototypes and demos to demonstrate potential solutions quickly.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in live deployments.
Partner with Deployment Strategists on commercial relationships and account growth.
Feed field learnings into the product roadmap.

3+ years of experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, technical implementation, or a similar customer-facing engineering role at a high-growth technology company.
Strong engineering skills with fluency in Python and SQL and comfort working across systems, APIs, and messy real-world data.
Production experience with LLMs and agentic tooling.
Ability to prototype quickly, iterate, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
Strong judgment and precision when working with customer data and numerical outputs.
Exceptional communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
STEM degree from a top university or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Willingness to travel and work onsite with customers.
Prior experience in wealth management, financial services, or fintech is preferred.
Familiarity with the US RIA landscape is preferred.
Enterprise-scale experience with data integration, pipelines, or systems migration is preferred.
Hands-on familiarity with LLM-powered tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar is preferred.
