Base Salary

$175k - $225k/yr

Responsibilities

Architect and implement enterprise Workday technology solutions and scalable integration patterns.
Lead Workday integrations, data conversion, migration, data quality management, reporting, and custom solution development.
Provide client engagement delivery oversight, team leadership, and program management.
Lead technical solutioning discussions, present to prospects, and advise senior client stakeholders.
Support business development and sales efforts by building client confidence and identifying additional project opportunities.
Apply modern data platforms, automation, security, privacy, and compliance practices to enhance Workday capabilities.

Deep expertise in Workday integrations, including Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
Strong experience with data conversion, migration, and data quality management.
Proven ability to design scalable enterprise architectures and integration patterns.
Hands-on experience with Workday Extend, reporting, and custom solution development.
Exposure to AI, automation, and modern data platforms.
Strong client-facing communication and technical leadership skills, including the ability to support sales and business development.
At least 10 years of professional experience, consistent with the Director role.
Preferred experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, AWS, Azure, GCP, data lakes, data warehouses, Prism Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, GDPR, SOX, Agile delivery, and large-scale Workday implementations.

Base salary range of $175,000-$225,000 and total estimated compensation range of $227,500-$303,750.
United States-based position; required travel may affect actual compensation.
