Base Salary
$154k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture of a shared core 3D engine supporting multiple customer-specific products.
- Translate product requirements into scalable architecture as the product line grows.
- Support teams bringing agentically generated designs into physical products.
- Collaborate across human teams, agent swarms, and human-agent communication interfaces.
- Review and guide software work produced by AI agents.
- Own customer-facing product engineering and integrated product enhancements while maintaining mission-critical agentic capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software architecture, ideally involving multi-platform products such as game engines or CAD tools.
- Experience running and using agentic coding tools beyond Claude Code, with sound judgment in evaluating agent output.
- Comfort working across multiple programming languages with deep expertise in one or two.
- Experience working across products or teams and the ability to learn new domains and technologies.
