Base Salary
$120k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud architectures for data science and experimentation projects.
- Design and develop cloud-based solutions for applied AI scenarios.
- Apply AI tools and practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Provide technical architecture, development, and deployment leadership for customer and partner data science scenarios.
- Use Azure architectures and relevant products to provide technical guidance.
- Conduct security peer reviews, code reviews, and threat modeling to identify and mitigate risks.
- Resolve service issues, investigate problems, assist users, and create documentation.
- Represent capabilities and product offerings to technical and non-technical internal and external leadership audiences.
- Help advance the research agenda for AI for Good initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: master’s degree and 6+ years of technical engineering experience, or bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Azure AI services, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is preferred.
- Experience with service-oriented architectures and/or REST is preferred.
- Experience creating proofs of concept and minimum viable products for customers that lead to production deployments is preferred.
- Experience as an agile practitioner is preferred.
Benefits
- The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $119,800–$234,700 per year, with a separate San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area range of USD $160,200–$261,000 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The position will remain open for at least 5 days and accept applications on an ongoing basis until filled.
