Responsibilities
- Architect and develop autonomous AI systems integrating text, image, audio, and video multimodal LLMs
- Design agentic workflows that allow AI agents to interact with data sources and APIs using prompt engineering and RAG
- Fine-tune, optimize, and deploy large language and multimodal models for performance and latency
- Build scalable MLOps pipelines and full-stack applications for production-grade AI deployments
- Guide multidisciplinary teams and clients on AI engineering strategy and GenAI adoption
- Deliver technology solutions for Tier 1 financial institutions and support digital transformation initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, or a related STEM field
- Hands-on experience deploying LLMs and multimodal models at scale
- Strong Python engineering background with backend and API development experience
- Understanding of scalable MLOps, observability, and cloud-native AI deployment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills in agile environments
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is preferred
- Experience with deep learning frameworks and front-end development is preferred
- Familiarity with Langfuse, Langsmith, or other LLM observability tools is preferred
- Understanding of Model Context Protocol and bias or hallucination mitigation techniques is preferred
- Previous success integrating GenAI solutions into enterprise-scale systems is preferred
